The Draconian Legacy

On the 24th day of the third month of the seventh year of the new millennium a group of six adventurers formed Draconian Legacy. A Gnome Sorcerer, named Tyke, was setting up camp near a small stream. He had just started a fire when out of the darkness came a Dwarf Cleric, named Agoxe. Not long after a Halfling Warrior, named Dirtrik, and his traveling companion a Cleric, named Tashala, from the area known as Bordinar's Cleft, came wandering out of the thick darkness being drawn there by an unknown source to the camp where the others were already sitting warming themselves. As the four talked and laughed together, a Human Sorcerer, named, Nigellus, and a Paladin, named Thordan, both from Thestra, came out of the darkness and joined them. As the night wore on they found themselves telling tales of their adventures and the longing they had to return to their homelands which by now were only a comforting memory. They related to each other the visions they each had had of a Great Dragon that seemed to guide and protect them as they ventured forth to the place appointed. Each tale sounded familiar to the other. As the stories continued, again the party was wrapped in a vision of the Ancient One, and were told that he had chosen them for a great quest and it was one they could not do alone. The Golden Dragon also related that they would find their quest exciting, but also filled with many dangers and perils that they could not hope to conquer without sharing the abilities and powers that each one possessed. As the vision faded from their eyes, they realized the necessity of banding together as one group to fulfill the great quest of the Ancient One that had called them to such a high purpose.

With the aid of the Ancient Golden Dragon as their guide and protector, they decided to choose a name that would forever identify them in spirit with Him they had come to know and revere, and as many as He would call to join with them, as they ventured into lands filled with wonder and peril.

Thus, the legacy continues...
